When Refunds Apply

We offer refunds for:

🎸 Incorrect items – if you received the wrong product
🥁 Damaged or defective items – if your gear arrived with issues

If something’s off, we’ll sort it out quickly.

 

Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send us an email at support@riffprints.com with:

🎹 Your order number
🎸 A short description of the issue
📸 (Optional but helpful) a photo of the problem

Once we review the request, we’ll take care of the refund—no need to ship anything back.
